Shipping & Delivery
My Parisiennes offers free worldwide standard shipping. My Parisiennes delivers in Australia and to more than 50 countries worldwide.
Your orders will be shipped as quickly as possible by our designers.
If you purchase several articles from different designers, your order is split in different packages.
Our Designer will normally ship the Product within 2 Business Days of Designer’s receipt of your order, unless otherwise noted in the Product description. Any delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only, based on the information provided to the Designer by its shipping company.
Our Designer will deliver the Product to the place of delivery you specify when making your order. Title to and risk in the Product will pass to you upon delivery of the Product to this place of delivery.
The estimated time of arrival from the order to the delivery is between 5 and 21 days.
You can opt for an Express Delivery (2 to 4 days) at your cost ($30 AUD).
If you buy from USA and your order is above $800 USD, the client has to pay for the custom duties on receiving his parcel.

Your article doesn't fit you? Or you would like a different size? Please send us a message through contact(@)myparisiennes.com with your contact details, product name, invoice number and reason for return / request for exchange.
MY PARISIENNES will replace or refund any unworn / unused and undamaged item within 14 days from receipt of order. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including tags.
The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Due to their customised nature, all our personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, so please ensure that the spelling and all your requirements are checked before the order is completed.
If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund or store credit. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card, PayPal account or store credit.
Refunds will be processed after goods are received by MY PARISIENNES.
Please note there are no refunds or exchange on sale products and sale promotion products discounted by 15% or more.
